Rebecca Hines

As a companion (spiritual director), Rebecca holds sacred space by providing a non-judgmental, supportive, and kind listening ear, which enables the seeker to be attentive to oneself in a gentle way. Being attentive to yourself opens a space within to listen to and care for the parts that need healing, and to welcome them with loving compassion. Rebecca supports others through meditation, labyrinth facilitation, contemplative, and nature-based nurturing practices to quiet the mind and heart and open oneself to experiencing God’s loving presence.

Rebecca’s passion as a coach is to provide a safe place for all people. She loves working with individuals, couples, counselors, ministers, spiritual directors, and wellness practitioners of any kind, using the Enneagram and/or the Myers-Briggs tools to help get beneath the surface and embrace emotional reality, experiencing freedom, abundance, and healing.

She offers a depth of knowledge and a unique perspective of the Enneagram/Myers-Briggs, integrating the whole self (spiritual, emotional, intellectual, and somatic). She personalizes each session based on the need and will direct the conversation toward nurturing those parts.

Rebecca feels called to come alongside and support people as they are, inviting them into the most important gift, their own transformation, self-awareness, and healing. Giving others this gift allows them to experience an abundant life.

Rebecca brings a culturally sensitive, grief- and trauma-informed perspective which is grounded in self-compassion, empathy, and a nurturing, reassuring presence that holds space without judgment for whatever arises for each person.
