Jennifer Massey is the co-founder of Still Wind Ministries. In addition to running her private counseling practice, she has served Still Wind in many capacities fueled by her passion for helping bridge the gap to access and utilization of community mental health services in Upstate, SC. She believes mental health is a pillar of a safe and thriving community.

Specialty / Approach

Jennifer intends to meet people where they are to help them map a path to improve their mental, emotional, relational, and spiritual health. She can understand complex concepts and convert them into practical analogies and realistic applications. Her thinking style is systematic and methodical, and her communication style is concise and thorough. To put her style into perspective, it can feel like a relationship engineer, a mind mechanic, or a story editor.

Jennifer specializes in trauma recovery, mental health well being, and relationship repair. She utilizes internal family systems, spiritually oriented psychotherapy, family systems, EMDR, and Mindful CBT. Jennifer provides Counseling Discipleship, Group Counseling, Nature Based Counseling, and Retreat Style Counseling services.

Jennifer began her social work classes while studying abroad at Curtin University in Perth, Australia then completed a BA in Psychology with a minor in Sociology from the University of Northern Colorado.
